First off it would help if you actually knew what you were talking about, especially since you are messing with cIOS's.
The Wii operating system is a collection of IOS files. Whenever there is an update, older IOS files are not overwritten, they just add to it with a new IOS. So far the Wii only uses so many slots even though there are many available to use. These cIOS files take advantage of these unused slots. So when you say your cIOS is 51, that isn't a version number, that's just that one type of cIOS using slot 51. There are many cIOS files floating around the net, each written to be used with different applications and because of this, they use different slots.
