How do i change App's to Wad's so i can install...

How do i change App's to Wad's so i can install them as a channel onto my wii. for example Snes9xGx into a channel onto my wii. how do i change the group of files into a .Wad help will be deeply appriciated as ive tried everything, Google, Youtube and so on only thing that it points to is WADIT but i cant get it to work.

I don't know how many WAD creation tools there are, but if there is more than one there aren't many. If no one else has responded by tomorrow I'll see if I can find the program on my backup external. It's packed away at the moment.
