My tv flashes black and white???

My friend modded my wii so i have no idea what is going on with it so i am coming here lol.
he only told me that it was a soft-modded wii
with the twilight hack
- it was a NTSC-U
-3.3U
has wii gator gamma .3
-has something cios.
and he just showed me how to burn and run games

so i did it with the game

trivial pursuit (pal) region free (i think that's what it called)
and as i loaded backup launcher and hit [ b ]
to reboot with hooks

it worked fine at the start screen (with the mini-intro and theme music playing) but when i hit play

it went to black and white and flashing?

i thought it bricked my wii but i tested my other games he burnt and they worked




any help?




[edit] oh and my tv is a fat tube tv that is super old that is NTSC

well i'm not a expert but your wii has nothing to do with your tv, accept you use it to VIEW your wii.
i know thats not helpfull much but can i just ask, has anyone put a magnet near the screen, or have you even asked
a profesonal opinion? and i personly think this is even in the wrong forum for you.

Are you playing a PAL game on a NTSC wii? If so you have to go to config in wiigator gamma and turn on force NTSC (or PAL if you're playing a NTSC game on a PAL wii)
