C/C++

Lua too!

Well, at 1000 you get 5psps, at 700 you get 4, i think at 450 you get 3, at 100 you get 2(I think), at 25 you get 1.

No, you can't use visual anything for the PSP.
Only LUA, C, C#, C+, and Python.
There are a few good tutorials on how to get started coding for the PSP.
How good are you at programming? What have you made?
And....

my name does not have a capital letter. Tee hee.

C# and C++ Are rather hard so, I'd suggest you learn Lua first ;) Just my opinion. C#/C++ is for more "advanced" users in terms of coding itself while Lua is quite easy to learn. Then you can work your way up to C.

Since you won't ask me I won't tell you, even though I'm a coder too, and I know where some great tutorials are...

Okay, if you want to start with C, a harder language, then http://www.psp-programming.com/tutorials/c/lesson01.htm is about helping setting your computer up to program for the PSP if you're using a PC.
http://www.psp-programming.com/tutorials/c/lesson02.htm this is to make your first Hello World program in C.

You never really told me how good you were.
If you're needing a step down into LUA, then http://www.psp-programming.com/tutorial ... sson01.htm will help you make your first Hello World program in LUA.

(http://www.psp-programming.com/tutorials/ is a list of the tutorials!)
