THAAAAAATs your issue. you can no longer install CFW because sony blocks the exploits we have. i am sorry to inform you, you may no longer install CFW.

however! there is one guy who has found an exploit, and if he does it right, he can even get the PSP go to be hacked. until then, your stuck with that PSP as it is. the only other way it to dredge a motherboard off another PSP that HASNT been hacked, but unless you are will willing to find one (MOBO's are 100 bucks) or trade with a friend, you will have to wait.

NICE PSP THO! and welcome to the brew! i hope you stay!

Yeah and it's also commercially supported by money so it's not like Linux. It'll get proper attention ;)

Well just dont keep updating. Eventually there will be a new way out.

But yes, in the 2.X days it was very very easy. Even up to 5.x it was easy with Pandora

but i downgraded from 6.20 with a pandora.. the only time i got a black screen and the green power light was when either the mms wasn't inserted or something went wrong with it..

I've never read anything about Pandora being able to be "patched" through a software update, I always thought it was a hardware thing that made it run in the first place.

Also, if he had a 1000, I'd believe it. Not sure if he does but I wouldn't go out on the limb to say "that's Impossible".
