Is there any way to downgrade or in stall a custom firmware with out a second psp because I do not have access to one and won't any time soon. I would greatful for a detailed replie.

Your a troublesome one I can already tell that. You can just reply to one of the two duplicate threads you already made instead of making another thread in again the wrong section.

But yes there is a way. You can just hardmod a battery to make a pandora's battery. Theres a tutorial for that too
