Sony beginning to listen to the homebrew community?

I gotta admit, I'm starting to feel proud of Sony. No company really listens to the consumers that much, and Sony really didn't used to be any different, but as you guys may or may not know, Sony is making it possible to download their own custom-made flash0 themes. Also, look what I found in the firmware 3.71 dump...

F0:\vsh\resource\screenshot_plugin.rco
F0:\vsh\module\screenshot_plugin.prx

Looks like good ol' Sony threw in a screenshot function ;) Hey, at least they're listening somewhat!

I really don't think so, because they already banned homebrew discussion on their official playstation website.

Wow, that's kind of a shocker... I mean, last I knew, it was allowed.

I know! I mean, How long has it been, like two years? Frankly I don't care if they don't like homebrew, It's still the only reason I have a psp!
