Help me plz homebrew

Hello evryone.I have 3.40 oe-a and i need help on how to get free games and videos.I think im pretty good at this kind of stuff and i know a little about psps but i have looked all over the internet and cant find where to get free psp games like madden,socom,gta,etc so please someone help me.And if i do find where to download them how do i put them on my memory stick and where do i put them on there?ok thats it thanks.
