hey everyone,

I got 2.0 but it was the jap version.
But it works just the same as before, but it has longer distance and has a webbrowser, a wallpaper theme setting that takes your pics and makes them your wall paper.
I have searched sites and they are in english. so if you want the version just p.m. me.

BTW-

I found that you can connect through dish network on your house if you have dish. but you can find some without WEP and it will come up as netgear. Just thought that was cool.

Holy crap u dotn need a wep key!Alright man!and u can use ur dish?thats awesome.Il get that versio when I buy another psp lol cuz Im not risking my psp to have no emulators on it.But man tats awesome.Il consider it in the future.

lol i thought it was cool... cuz i was pulling webpages in my freinds back yard while i was waiting for him to get back home I will keep looking for other places too... I have heard a rumor that you can get into McDonalds wireless connection. (If you didn't know that McDonalds had a wireless connection that look next time you go there.) But I haven't tried it. but next time i get a chance to go to McDonalds I will bring my psp and see if they have a wep address.

Tats what he sais.But he sais he uses the japeneese version.(dont risk it) get another psp and then try it out.Dont risk loosing all ur emultors and homebrews.But this sounds pretty cool.So yes u do need 2.0.Update it from him to get the jap. one.

yes you do need 2.0. But i do recommend what Mailas Gonrai said. But I don't see anything wrong with the jap version... All I had to do is change the langages to engish. But yes you need 2.0 to get a web browser or get a web browser program. I never tried a web browser tho.

yes Tree, use the jap version.Do what he said.Change the language around.Its simple really.And its a really awesome one too.I tried it out on my cousins psp 2.0 one and it was really great.Tree I reccomend u use the jap one.

Not Only Does McDonalds Have Wifi But Most Holiday Inns Do And May I Reccomend Walking Trough A Neighborhood I Found Over 20 Connections Without Any Security. But 2.0 Is Needed
And I Agree That If You Have A Version 5.0 or less to keep emulators and all that instead of upgrading but if you have 5.1 And up i would reccomend the upgrade.
(Besides There Is Some Leak On The Net That 2.0 Is Easily hackable)
