GTA and WAB version changer

Ok so i just got gta and of course it wants me to update to 2.00, which i figured it would, so i got the wab version 2.00 changer and when the game starts its gives me a (fffffed3) error. Can anyone help? Thanx.

try the new one from SXT sonyxteam.com made by same dude just changed psp dev teams

ya need 2.0 for it none of those prgrams will work, so just upgrade then downgrade
