pandora will work regardless the cfw. so long as your psp is compatible with pandora.

er as far as i know version.txt doesnt work with all games. some yes some no. I dont know if you were present during that whole having to patch the game fiasco but if just changing the version.txt always worked then that wouldn't have occured I think.

I've used it with Assassin's creed and it worked.
Your not just using a text file with the version you want it to believe it is are you?
Also I have tried gen and it was garbage, nothing worked. I know that it CAN be amazing but im dealing with changing all the sh*t on my psp.

I did it. I leaped into gen. Got 5.50 Gen D and its okay. Ill need to get the theme converter, but installing can be scary.I was a little confused but ultimatly succeded. I like it.

Like I said.. I don't HATE IT.. it's just the compatibility is Different and i dont feel like dealing with it.

The text file came with the update of the cfw that it came out from.
It's a buncha code like crait explained in the other topic. Besides a firmware name or something like that, you just change it.
