Well, I never figured it out, how on earth do I get to scroll when I press the mouse scroller in Ubuntu?

I mean this, In Windows...

When you press (not move/rotate) the scroller (shown in picture) on the mouse...

you get this on your screen,

and you can scroll by moving the mouse itself...

In linux, well its not there...

crait, I'm sure my mouse is ok, I got it like a month ago, and like I said it works on windows but not on linux...
