So i find plenty of reason to stay on XP instead of going to Vista or Se7en... But since XP is outdated it will have problems.. I was having one here ... i got no help from google, brew, yahoo answers, youtube.. so i accidentally cam across it and fixed it... How? here :

Step 1 : Insert Your Windows XP installation disk.
Step 2 : Open Control Panel.
Step 3 : Click on Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.
Step 4 : Click on Regional and Language options.
Step 5 : A pop should appear, Now click on the Languages Tab.
Step 6 : Check "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai). You should get some message, click OK. Now, windows is going to start copying some files, let it. (if prompted to restart, do NOT restart!)
Step 7 : Check "Install files for East Asian languages". You should get some message, click OK. Now, windows is going to start copying some files, let it.
Step 8 : Close everything and Restart.

Done.

FAQ and More information :
Why doesn't this happen on Windows 7 and Vista?
A : Because Windows does this by default in 7 and vista.

Do I have to do this every time I install Windows XP?
A : Actually during the XP setup, when you are required to enter the Regional and time settings we do get options of setting the languages and our keyboard layout.. You can check these to features at that time as well..
