Rofl...welcome (soon) to the dark side DPM.

Also, watch out when you download a copy. Microsoft is releasing an updated verification that knows some of the updated ways to pirate.

I might just revert to Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit to be honest. I've heard there's plugins to make the desktop functions from Win7 work in Win Vista. Not sure what I wanna do yet.

Its best to download a Pre-Activated 1.. theres 1 by serialkiller or serialki11er back on the piratebay that works just fine!

Just wait for 2 years and we'll have windows 8!

The preactivated ones are no different than any of the other activation hacks out there. On some of them they are preloaded with an OEM key that tons of other copies are also using making them even more vulnerable than other hacktivated methods. And for now, they all work fine. But the heard will start to thin gradually as microsoft starts cracking down on 7 pirate copies.

If you don't have the money to spend on 7, Vista will be fine. It's not the red-headed step child it used to be, and if you've got a decent processor and 4+ gigs of ram, it doesn't really matter anyway. 7's just a bit snappier with the reworking they did from vista and it will only get better as time goes on. An OEM copy of ultimate is only like $180 on newegg I think.

hit you up a copy of windows 3.1 man...

hahah no..... funny how they say "time to pirate one" or did you do that?

anyways, i cant say im so impressed with 7, i guess its okay. still takes too long to start up. what did they say it was supposed to do? under 10 seconds was fastest? i takes 40 seconds or more just to get usable. linux takes roughly 10 to boot and 5 to be usable. if that.

eh, your choice man. do avoid vista? 7 is so better. its still windows, but its better

HAHAHAHA - I gotta agree with you there, Mailas. Like... that's a true *facepalm*.

Windows Vista is "good" as long as you apply the correct patches for their goof ups and customize is properly, which can take entirely too long... hmm, not sure what I want to do. I would LOVE to use Linux but Linux CAN NOT run everything I want it to as accurately as I need it too. I want to game on Linux. WINE is a sick joke for Linux users to use on unsuspecting ex-Windows users who think they can use Linux to play games.
