Brewology

I currently have a P3Hub 2 which i use to JB my PS3. I have tried updating the firmware on the hub using the upgrade button, but nothing seems to happen. I have messaged the manufacturer but no answer, so i figured that someone here maybe able to assist me.

Sorry, but I have no clue how to do that. Sorry you haven't had any answers, yet. Whenever you hear back from the manufacturer, can you post what they said?
