I tried using a hex editor to edit game saves for Tony Hawk a long, long time ago.
No one ever tried the uploaded file to see if savegame editing was possible or not.
I don't think there is one, sorry.

this would be very usefull even if a computer is needed isnt there somebodey out there who will be able to create such a program, if your reading this and and you can create it, whare the hell have you been LOL
