I need help with oblivion (i need a file)

If any one could send me the save data utility for oblivion or just post it (the one that looks like the oblivion symbol in the place where all the saved games are). please help I cant play without that file

No I got the shivering isles disk and sold my original disk to game stop becsuse I could start the game with the SI disk.

I figured as much, when I went to look at the file, I cannot copy it to a flash drive or anything, only 2 options:
*Information.
*Delete.
