Emulators to use with Linux

So, I am now Wii and XBOX1-less having shipped those home to the states. I am now left with only my PS3. I need emulators to play my old school games, but given the PS3 is a PPC machine, I can't really throw on the average Linux emulators. I have found some info on some emulators, but wanted to check here to see if anyone has any confirmed working emulators to use on the PS3.

Can't give you specifics (as I haven't modded my PS3 at all), but I know there was a working MAME and NES emu on the PS3 last I heard. I don't know if they ever made more for sure.

Well, I found a site that had several different emulators for the PPC platform... which means that they should work. Problem is I'm at work right now so can't test anything. After I get it up and running I plan on making a list of emulators that do work, but until then I was hoping maybe someone around here had tried and had a place for me to start.
