dont know how to download burnout paradise save game.

When you download it, it should come as "Filename.rar" or .zip, open it up with winrar or windows if it's a zip, and there should be a folder in there called US4565564 (something to that nature) and you copy that to X:PSP/SAVEDATA.
Then you should be good.
