Back up launcher

Hi

I need a little help. I have just instaled home brew with the twilight hack using these files

3.3 and earlier: twilight-hack-v0.1-beta1.zip

and

the_homebrew_channel-1.0.1.tar.gz

All is working ok apart from it won't play back ups yet and i have read a few messages about i need a backup launcher / IOS36 rev 10 Wad manager.

What do i actually need and where can i get the files i need. My Version is 3.3E.
