Description:
Mac OS X users need not fret on losing out on all the syrupy PSP homebrew goodness - not to mention Popstation - with Dago^WATT and Prometeus on the case. The previous two versions we've featured here opened Mac users to a whole world of classic PSOne games - their classic PSOne games - on their PSPs. v0.9.6B brightens up that world even more: now the homebrew program features ISO compression!
Which brings us to the next question: does this mean that the files generated are meant for use with 3.03 OE-A (which supports file compression)? Dago^WATT didn't mention anything in his website whether this means that his users may now have to upgrade to the latest in custom firmware, or if the generated files could still be used in 3.02 OE-B (which doesn't support compressed ISOs). Nothing in the Readme either. Uh-oh... perhaps the guy may release a clarificatory statement later on.
Thanks for the tip, Kichigai Mentat!
